I’ve just been hired to handle web maintenance for an existing site and the current code is a bit of a mess. I followed the installation instructions in the app, but the Reviews app isn’t working correctly. I’m having the following issues:

if there are no reviews on a product the review is completely empty/blank

the write a review button seems to be a broken anchor link that snaps to the top of the page

the write a review form doesn’t show up on the page even though I enabled it in the settings

Eliminate the theme mess as a variable. Get a fresh copy of a free theme, or the stores original theme, and go through the setup process of the app. This way you have a baseline of what a working process is like and can verify whether or not things like issue #1 is normal app behavior; optionally doing it on a clean dev store.
Further when troubleshooting code related issues don’t provide only screenshots when referencing code it’s a roadblock that most the time only serves to hinders troubleshooting never providing the context you think it does that others need to even begin to start to help. The only thing to guess from screenshots is some html is commented out and there are some console behaviors .
For actual code there is either the format code button for forums posts, or directly adding a store url to the exact pages, or preview url for contributors to inspect, remember any storefront passcodes if storefront is locked..
