Our search bar is not showing. It might be some apps conflict but I cannot pinpoint which.

I was having a look at your store and I found that it was loading fine for me when I clicked on the Search item in the footer, but the one in the header takes a while to load, or it doesn’t load at all unless refreshed.
Have you observed this issue before, or is this new? If it is new, try to think back to any new custom code or third party apps that you may have added recently, as they could be affecting this section.
What is the name of your theme? In case your theme is third party, I would recommend reaching out to the developers directly as they know their theme code best and may be quicker in identifying the issue. If you let me know the name, I can try and help you find the contact for them.
On another note, your products are very beautiful, and you have done a great job displaying them on your storefront. I particularly like how detailed the breakdowns of the menu are, - I noticed that you even have it specified down to materials!
A suggestion I have is to keep your pop up apps to a minimum - the ones you have in place currently are perfect the way they are, but be mindful of adding any more as it could take away from the sleek and professional look of your jewellery store if there is too much going on on the screen.
Thank you for your feedback. Yes the problem is in the header search button and i think this issue is already been there as far as i remember. The theme name is Prestige. I will try reach them out as well
