Why isn't my shipping method notice showing up on all browsers?

Hi Team,

I am trying to post a Shipping Method Notice (via the theme language editor), but have been informed that the notice is only showing up on Chrome and Edge. It is not showing up on FF or Safari. How can I troubleshoot this issue?

When I added a title to the shipping notice, it started appearing across the board. Maybe doing so will solve your issue as well?
