I am trying to set up Shopify Balance account for a new store and neither the buttons or the url is working. When you click on CREATE ACCOUNT a “page not found” error occurs.

This could be a local issue with your device, so I have some suggestions here for you to try. Please try the following steps to see if they resolve things:
- Try using a different browser
- Try using an incognito/private viewing browser
- Try using a different device
- Restart your internet router (unplug for a full 30 seconds, and then plug it back in)
- Try using a different network
- Clear your cache and cookies for the browser you’re using
