Why isn't my slideshow image visible on mobile?

I have my slideshow set to 1 single image and for some reason it’ll show on desktop but not mobile.

Why…Why can’t things just work.

If you’re happy to share some info on your store and set up here we can check this out with you.

Firstly, if you can share a link to your store with me here I can check this out from my location on desktop and mobile.

It would also be helpful if you can confirm the name of the theme as you had originally downloaded it, and if you’ve made any code changes or added any apps that may have edited your theme code.

Any other info you think is relevant here would be helpful, as the more we know the better we’ll be equipped to work on this.

I look forward to checking this out with you in more depth!

  • your store URL;
  • page URL with the issue you mention;
  • storefront password (if your store has one).
