Why isn't my slideshow visible on mobile using the iONE theme?

Hi. I have asked the theme developers to fix this but they’re saying they don’t see a problem.

I think my request may have been lost in translation as their understanding of English can sometimes be off.

anyway, when I visit my store www.silverstork.co.uk on mobile my first two slides on my slide show do not show an image but they do when I visit the site on a computer.

please could I get a fix for this?

I am using the iONE theme.

Hello @Nickahola!

I just repeated the problem. Since this issue needs to be tested on mobile, and it has no debugging tools, I’m asking you for access to the themes through my affiliate account so I can test the solution on mobile. I sent you a request for access to the theme of the store prams-house.myshopify.com

Thanks for the access. I found that the problem disappears if we disable the “Enable Parallax” flag. I’ll try to fix it so that parallax is disabled for mobile only.

I have no idea what that means or how to enable/disable it so your knowledge is extremely appreciated.

however, now this background appears underneath/beneath the video I have on the third slide.

how can I get rid of that background please?

I corrected it, now the video is the same size as the slides. Check it out, please.

Amazing work! Thank you very much. The thing you turned off to be able to view my slide show in mobile view is way beyond my knowledge. I wish I knew it all.

i am capable of copying & pasting code but that’s about the extent of my knowledge.

If I ever come to change the video in the future will it stay the same size as you have made it?

i wasn’t aware of the app you mentioned but I have installed and will use it in future if I get no joy with the theme developers.
