hello I have a store situated in Canada and my last 2 orders have only being charging customers 5% GST instead of the 13% HST. Can someone help me set it so that I am charging HST for Canadian sales. Thanks very much

I really don’t think they understand or see the issue. My store isn’t charging the full HST either and only charging the 5% on all products. Did you find a resolution to this by any chance? Thanks
