I have been trying to connect my store to google change but I keep telling me to add my contact information,
yet all my contact information is located in the footer and n the guarantee not sure why it not connecting

In your screenshot where it says “confirm that you’ve added contact information to your online store”. Are you able to click on that? If so, you should see some further details on what you potentially might be missing out on before Google will accept you.

no I’m not able to click on it, its on the google channel under the sales channel it is just sitting there, I can not finish with the setup after this point.
not sure why it continues to not work I have tried making a new google account and connecting and its still not connecting.
please help

Google does require that the contact information you provide is in plain text (no images) and can be easily found. In your case, the footer or a contact us page will suffice. You will also need to ensure that you have at 2 of these 3 contact options available:
