If your store is not showing up after logging into your account:

  1. Verify Correct Account: Ensure you are logging in with the email address associated with the store.
  2. Check for Ownership: If you’re not the store owner, verify that you have been added as a staff member with the correct permissions.
  3. Browser Cache Issue: Clear your browser’s cache or try accessing your account in incognito mode or a different browser.
  4. Account Suspended: Contact Shopify Support to check if your store has been deactivated or suspended.
