Hello! I have the motion theme for Shopify. It has a “Video Hero” that I can upload a video to youtube, then paste the link in the section and it will play the video in the background. It works fine on desktop. But, for some reaon it just sits and loads on mobile. In the mobile preview on shopify it works. But when I go to the URL of my site it won’t load. Can someone please help? It is happening because you are using a private video, and that’s why when we open the video link in a new tab the following message is displayed.
And the same message is displayed on your website, which you can check in the below screenshot.
So you need to make the video public and try again.
