Why isn't my store's pick up option showing during test orders?

Having trouble displaying pick up on my store delivery is showing but not pick up

I only have one location and all my inventory has been moved to that location and I do have the box checked where my location has pick up

but when i do a test order it does not show up

I see that you mentioned that you moved all your inventory to your one location. Does that mean you had a different location set up previously? If so, you may be experiencing a known bug. I recommend first trying these troubleshooting steps (whether you had a previous location set up or not):

  • Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery
  • Scroll to Local Pickup and click on Manage next to your location
  • Uncheck This location offers local pickup and hit Save
  • Check This location offers local pickup and hit Save
  • Repeat the same steps under Local Delivery (turning off local delivery, clicking save, and then turning it back on)

This may resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, would you be able to share screenshots of your local delivery and pickup settings? You can blur/cross out the addresses if you’d like.
