our domain nwclongisland.com is hosted with godaddy.
our shopify store url is
https://griffo-herbal-supplements.myshopify.com/
we want to set up shop.nwclongisland.com and have it resolve on our store link above.
we set up the proper redirect in godaddy DNS but the page doesnt resolve after 48 hrs of waiting for propagation.

godaddy said to ask shopify if there is anything else needed on their end to allow for mask url.
note: we are able to forward the domain without masking but then it looks like two websites. not ideal.
anyone can help?
