Why isn't my submenu displaying on mobile devices?

i need help with the sub menu. I know is a problem with the gem page index. the sub menu is not showing on mobile even tho the button is there. On display works perfect

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file → Save
