Why isn't my Tab by Station app loading in admin?

My app (Tab by Station) is not loading on my Shopify admin, please help, what can I do?

can you tell me which browser you are using ? I have same issue in safari and I switch to chrome and it works ( many apps )

I use Chrome. I also use Explorer.
