Can anyone help me fix the menu on Thalia theme? When you click on it, for example tops, it is not giving the various styles I have saved to the menu. It is just showing all tops. The same with bottoms. Instead of showing shorts, jeans, etc. it is just showing all bottoms.

I think I understand your issue, but are you sure that this theme provides a way to show two sublevels of links? Or just one?
Per @Uhrick 's guidance double check the theme’s capabilities by investigating the developers demo stores.
Also double check that themes setup documentation.
Not all themes are updated to use the newer native nesting features in the admins menu settings and require you to set up multiple separate menus that share the title of their parent menu list-item.
