I can see that you’re using a mobile device from the screenshot you provided. We recommend using a desktop device for ease of use and for editing your theme, however the app version can be used as well.
Can you make sure your device is running the most-up-date version of the Android software, and make sure the Shopify Mobile application is up-to-date as mentioned here at this link.
Next, you can try clearing the apps cache, by following the below steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info (May also be Settings > Apps > Your Apps).
- Choose the Shopify Mobile app from the list.
- Click/Tap Storage.
- Click/Tap both “Clear Cache” & “Clear Data” reading any notifications and accepting the action.
