I have three products in a collection but only two show up. I checked whether the third is active, has the specified collection and appropriate tags. All looks right, but it doesn’t show.

Thank you for getting in touch. Is this a manual or automated collection? I assume that is an automated collection given that you are using tags, but please confirm this first of all.
If you are using an automated collection, please ensure that the three products are all tagged correctly and that the conditions of your automated collection are set properly. Even if there is a small typo or error, this will be enough to cause issues with regards to products not appearing in a collection.
You’ll also want to ensure that you have the product’s status set to available on the Online Store sales channel, otherwise it will not be viewable on the storefront.
If you have checked these things and still do not see the product, please share your store’s URL and the name of the product that is not appearing with me here so I can take a look at the storefront myself. Please also share a screenshot of your collection’s settings so I can check and see that they are configured correctly.

Great, thank you. That URL works fine. Can you tell me the name of the product that isn’t appearing in your collection please? Have you double checked that the product is set to available and that your tags are configured correctly?
