Why isn't my TikTok syncing with multiple locations?

Topic summary

Core issue: TikTok Shop refuses to sync due to a “multiple locations” error, despite products being assigned to a single warehouse location.

Context: A Print on Demand (PoD) integration created a third‑party fulfillment app/location alongside the default location, resulting in two locations in Shopify. The merchant set the default location’s stock to zero and pointed all products to the warehouse location.

Attempts and errors: Sync still fails with the multiple locations error. QuickSync could not resolve it because there are duplicate SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) across products.

Additional complications: Some products did sync and are live on TikTok, but others were suspended for “exaggerated claims.”

Support status: TikTok Support has been unresponsive despite multiple tickets. No effective workaround provided by QuickSync.

Attachments: An image (Multiple-Warehouse.jpg) appears to show the multiple warehouse/location setup, relevant to understanding the configuration.

Status/outcome: Unresolved. Open questions include how to make TikTok accept a single-location configuration given the third‑party fulfillment setup, how to address duplicate SKUs blocking sync, and how to clear suspensions for alleged exaggerated claims.

Hi guys,

I hope someone out there has a solution for me as I am ready to lose my mind over this…

I have multiple locations, not out of choice but my Print on Demand integration has created a third party fulfilment app too. So I have my default location and the 3rd party warehouse app so it shows two locations or ‘multiple locations’. I have made sure that there is no stock at the default one and that all products are pointing to just one location - the warehouse one.

It still refuses to sync with TikTok and an error comes up stating ‘multiple locations’. I have tried QuickSync but they cannot help as there are duplicate SKUs across all the products.

I have some products that have managedto be synced and are live in TikTok but some have the added problem of being suspended because of ‘exaggerated claims’…

I am at my wits end and ready to throw the towel in - can someone please help. TikTok Support are completely useless - I have used their support countless times and they raise tickets for me and I don’t hear anything back…
