My title and description are not showing well on google because what title & description I have provided on my shopify website it is not indexed

It takes 90 days to crawl a new website, if you already have submitted sitemap to google and verified a domain then I would suggest to work on branding and SEO.

as mentioned by @oscprofessional it can take up to a couple of weeks before you pages get indexed on Google. And specifically regarding the titles and meta descriptions, Google has started overwriting them to better suit the specific search query. This basically means that even if you write them in Shopify they might display differently.
