I have a domain not from shopify and transfered it. It has set up in progress and isn’t connecting to my shopify website I created. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
Have you been following Shopify’s documentation at https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains/transferring-domains? What step are you up to?
Thank you for the reply. I followed the steps, but on the domain tab it says my website and next to it “Setup in progress” When I click on the view website it says this can’t be reached.
