I recently updated my store’s logo including the favicon. For some reason the favicon is not updating on my phone’s Safari browser and Youtube channel. When I open all the tabs, the favicon below my site’s tab shows the old logo instead of the new one. Also, when I insert a link to my store on my Youtube channel the favicon with the old logo appears next to the link. The issue with Safari only seems to occur on my phone or any other phone that has previously accessed my website, while the issue with Youtube seems to be across all devices regardless if they previously accessed my store’s url or not. I read that this has to do with cache, cookies, etc. I already emptied my browser’s cache and history but the problem persists. After some research I found several forums on Google on this topic but none of them had a solution. Could anyone explain to me why this occurs and point me towards a solution?

On my phone’s safari new favicon is loading. Please check the screenshot attached.
The new favicon will load for all devices after google crawls your website next time.
The issue with Safari only seems to occur on my phone or any other phone that has previously accessed my website when it had the old favicon. Even when I clear Safari’s cache and data on my phone’s settings, the old favicon continues to show up to me. At least people who are accessing my site for the first time will see the new favicon, but imagine if I had many recurring clients, then they would all be seeing my old favicon which is not good. Additionally, the Youtube favicon is not updating on any device regardless if you have already accessed my store’s url or not. I will leave the link of my Youtube channel for you to check:
