I added in url direction but afterthat it’s not working.

As per you have given the both url are the of same product.
So what you exactly want. i didn’t get you properly.
actually there is 2 different pages exist in the website but in one page there is
outputs: (with colon)
And for another is
outputs (without colon)
So i am not showing both pages and redirecting into one.

The redirects will not kick in if the old page is still visible. What you need to do is pull up the first collection (https://www.orei.com/collections/hdmi-splitters/outputs-2-outputs) in your Shopify admin, then click ‘Manage’ beside the ‘Collection Availabilty’ area in the upper right hand corner, uncheck the box beside ‘Online Store’, and save it. That will keep the collection in your admin, but make it unavailable on the web, at which point the redirect you created will begin to work.
