Hi guys, I set up my shipping for Canada and the USA. I am located in Canada and when someone from the US tries to buy it won’t allow them to select the US to ship to, it only gives Canada as an option. I have set up a shipping zone to the US so I’m confused as to why its not working

This usually occurs when there are no valid rates for customers in the country/ region in question, or if the product the customer is adding to their cart is not in the same shipping profile that includes rates for where they are based.
If possible, could you please share with me a screenshot of the shipping rates that you have set up for the United States? Can you also please check if you have multiple shipping profiles set up? You can check this by heading to Settings > Shipping and delivery and seeing how many profiles appear here. For example, you can see here in my test store that I have two profiles:
