Why isn't my video banner displaying or playing on Impulse?

Hey guys! I’m using Impulse by Shopify and after entering my Youtube link AND file mp4 link, my video does not play or show. It shows as a black screen as the banner…any one know how I can fix this? It’s driving me nuts.

Are you referring to the ‘BRING YOUR SPACE TO LIFE’ section?

I checked and don’t see the video uploaded, can you re-upload it?
