Why isn't my website activating after payment?

Dear Concern,

My could not admin access my website (clickhuntercorp.com) due to hosting was not purchased after the 15 days trail. An email received into my account that Shopify charge amount from my card on 3rd June 2022, Now today is 4th June but still Shopify did not charge amount form my debit card and still website is not opening. What should i do to activate my website. Please guide

You should make sure you card is ok for online transactions… And if Shopify doesn’t deduct from it , you should try disconnecting your card and adding it back or maybe you should make use of another card.

Thank you for the suggestion, How can i replace my card? as admin access is not opening and i can not replace my card. My debit card is ok for international transactions. If it is not ok so how can i replace my card to deduct from it?

Are you able to login to your Shopify admin? If not, it appears the payment failed. Please note, Shopify cannot accept debit as a form of payment. The card you use for your Shopify subscription must be a traditional post paid credit card.

When you login to your account, if it only presents that your trial expired, you should be able to update the billing to a credit card so that you can reopen the frozen store and pick up where you left off.

It is strange, however, that we say to have charged you, but you haven’t received a charge. Is it possible you have more than one Shopify store? You can check by heading to our recovery page and inputting your email address where you received the charge notification.

If you find that you have more than one shopify store you will need to login to both to determine which store was charged, and which store was not. Additionally, you will want to make sure your domain is attached to the appropriate account.
