Why isn't my website calculating taxes at checkout?

Greetings,

For some reason my website is no longer calculating taxes for my customers at checkout. I reviewed the Tax Region section, and it states that it’s collecting; however, a customer purchase from my on Saturday and no taxes were charge. Can someone assist me with resolving this issue?

Here’s some good starting questions:

  • Are you sure the customer wasn’t set as tax exempt?
  • Have you tested an order yourself?
  • How was the order created (so via the normal checkout, or via an app?)

No tax exemptions are applied, and I attempted to purchase myself and the
taxes did not calculate on the transaction.
