Why isn't my website footer appearing on the front end?

Hi,

In the backend of my store I have a footer (all check boxes checked) & a footer menu. It is showing on the back end of my store however, when i look to the frontend, there is no footer ? I tried every check box and I tried hiding and unhiding the footer but nothing seems to work. How can i put my footer on the front end of my website?

Please help. Thank you!
