I have noticed that my website menu drop down list is not populating or dropping down as I click on the menu , nothing happens and it seems as if I change the menu or anything it will only sometimes work under customization screen but not on actual site .. please help.. And this is in mobile devices ..

Because of this error, the menu does not work on your mobile devices. A very strange error, which also occurred on the Debut theme.
We checked the demo version of the Debut theme and everything works there. You may have done customization or something else, such as adding third-party resources. Alternatively, try updating the Debut theme or completely replacing the theme content.js on new on this one https://codeshare.io/arXVJK.
Preferably create a copy of the current theme and replace it with the new code. So that there is no downtime on the live.
Or alternatively, if you haven’t done anything custom on the site, you should contact Shopify support. They support the Debut theme.
