Could you please share your store URL, so we can check it on our end and let you know the exact reason?
These are the possible reasons which can lead to this issue.
- Your Shopify plan store must be active
- Make sure your domain is setup properly
- There might be a coding issue
- Maybe there might be an issue on Shopify’s end
