When you mention it shows up as Untitled, do you mean it is showing up on Google however the meta data is incorrect?
If so, it takes Google a period of time to recrawl sites and update the metadata. To speed this up I recommend creating a Google Search Console account and importing your sitemap. We have a help guide here you can check out that provides full instructions.
If you need to update the metadata you can do so by:

Heading to your Shopify admin then go to Online Store > Preferences.

In the Title and meta description section, enter your home page metadata under Homepage title and Homepage meta description.
