I am having trouble opening my website, it has worked perfectly fine the past month but suddenly shows this error message.
My stored URL is ‘thecoolcushion.com’, any help would be much appreciated.

As @Horlart_Expert pointed out, your store does seem to be accessible, as I was able to access it both on my computer and my phone. Here’s a screenshot from my comupter:
From your screenshot it looks like you were accessing the link through Instagram. If your store’s URL is in your Instagram bio or in a story, I recommend checking that the URL is correct (for example, make sure it’s not missing any letters).
