I’ve been trying to create a zone for free shipping countries, but the Oceania country is not showing whenever I choose ALL ZONE. Please help is the Oceania country is disable somewhere??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance with setting up shipping, to ensure this gets resolved.
As Oceania is a geographical region not currently included within the shipping settings, you will want to select each country individually when setting up this particular shipping zone. For more information on how to add a shipping zone, you can check out our Setting Up Shipping Zones documentation as it touches on this further.
To add a shipping zone, you can:

Head to Settings > Shipping and delivery, from the Shopify admin.

Next to the shipping profile where you want to add a shipping zone, click Manage.

Next to the group of locations where you want to add a shipping zone, click Create shipping zone.

Enter a name for the shipping zone.

Select the Countries (i.e Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, etc) that you want to be in the zone.

Click Done.
