Why isn't one of my background videos loading on mobile?

Hi I recently figured out that one of my shopify video is not playing on my mobile devices.

I have two background video sections but only one video is autoplaying while the other one is not loading on mobile devices. I realized that the file links of the two videos are different and I think this is the reason why one of them is not playing.

For example, the video that autoplays has this link: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0592/2344/1460/files/Page_Video_2.mp4?v=1652305371

The video that doesn’t autoplay on mobile devices has this link:

https://cdn.shopify.com/videos/c/o/v/37ea6d52193e42f38cbb4c039f2d1e96.mp4

I upload exactly the same MP4 files but why the link is not the same. How can I make my video link in the format of “/s/files/” instead of “/videos/c/o/v/”

Please help!!

Could you provide me with a link to the page that has the two video sections? I’d like to try and replicate the issue on my own mobile device. From there, we can look into potential next steps.

There are two background video sessions in the home page.

The one that is playing has this link: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0592/2344/1460/files/Page_Video_2.mp4?v=1652305371

The one that is not playing has this link:

https://cdn.shopify.com/videos/c/o/v/37ea6d52193e42f38cbb4c039f2d1e96.mp4

Both files are MP4 files but after I uploaded them, their links look different

I checked on my device and was able to confirm that I could see both videos on your homepage. The one at the top of the page and the second at the bottom.

Hi but how comes the links of the videos are not the same? When you use the link with “c/o/v”, can you see the video from your mobile devices?

For me, it only works on safari desktop
