I am trying to install a sales pop-up app and they require me to make updates to my product information in my theme editor, however when I go the area they direct me too, it shows that I don’t have an option for product information. Is this because of my theme? How do I change this?

What kind of pop up are you adding to your products? Also, which theme are you currently using? The options that exist in your theme editor will depend on your theme. In this case it sounds like the app is referring to the Product information section that appears in all Online Store 2.0 themes made by Shopify, and most current third party themes.
