Hi folks - hope all is well.
I have checked off all the products that I need to collect tax on and I also have shopify tax enabled in my account. However, at checkout, the platform does not calculate taxes (or shipping). See screenshot below:
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

I have a similar issue with sales tax not showing up at checkout. I tried disabling and enabling the button to see if it resets but it is not working.
someone in a previous thread mentioned it has to do with entering EIN information and I already did. Not sure what else to do. The Shopify support phone line does not work either
I figured it out - you need to go into tax and duties within setting and add all 50 states individually after picking your country.
