Why isn't Shop Pay appearing for all items in my store?

I am using the Refresh template.

I have three items in my store.

Only two of the three are showing Shopify payments.

Can you review the attached screenshot and provide some guidance?

I understand you’re using Refresh theme, and two out of the three products on your store are showing Shop Pay. It looks as though the screenshot wasn’t successfully attached. To better analyze the issue, could you share your store URL in the thread?

Could you clarify if you’re referring to adding the Shop Pay Installments banner to your product pages? Could you also advise if you’ve enabled the Shop Pay sales channel and if there are any error messages present?
