we are trying to take new SHOPIFY THEME.

But when we trying to Pay by My credit card, the shopify is not accepting my card.

our Card has International

Rio here from the Shopify Community Team. I’d be happy to assist here.

Could you let me know if you’re getting a specific error when you’re trying to purchase the theme? I would suggest trying to add another credit card if it’s not being accepted. Or check your banking app/ call your bank, to see if there is any reason the payment may not be going through.

We are activated all domestic and international payment process.

that the card has Around 70k Limit.

Please give us a proper solution for this issue AsAp
