Hi, Shopify payments doesn’t show when check out of my website even tho I have activated it on settings? it only shows paypal as an option
Hi, @slushy . Was Shopify Payments working correctly before or has this always been happening? Do you have any screenshots showing what your payment options at checkout look like?
We won’t be able to say for sure why this is happening since we can’t see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but I can share some information to help. First, I’d double check that Shopify Payments is supported in your country/region and that it’s fully set up and active. You can find a list of the supported countries for Shopify Payments here and you can find more information on setting up Shopify Payments here.
If all of that is set up correctly and Shopify Payments still isn’t appearing as an option, we’d need to take a closer look at your account. If you request support through this page we’d be able to review your account with you in more detail.
