Why isn't the compare-at-price feature showing on my printify products?

Hi everyone.

I’m working on a print-on-demand store through printify right now. However, the compare-at-price feature doesn’t show up for my products like they would with a dropshipping product. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @MoreThanEyes , Welcome to the Shopify Community!

For Printify’s print-on-demand products, the compare-at-price feature doesn’t work automatically.

Here’s a workaround:

1. Go to your Shopify admin panel.
2. Find the product and adjust the regular price to the original higher price.
3. Below, in the “Compare at price” field, input the discounted price.
4. Save your changes.

This will show customers the original price slashed alongside the discounted one.
