Why isn't the compare at price section showing on my online store?

hello,

in the customizing of the online store i can see the compare at price section, but it doesnt exist in the website. how can i fix this?

Hope this will help

  1. Is"Compare at price" feature enabled in your theme?
  2. Check product variants: Make sure that you have added variants to your products and entered the appropriate “Compare at price” value for each variant.
  3. Check theme’s code (product template or the section responsible) and confirm that code includes the necessary liquid variable to render the “Compare at price” section.
  4. If done everything then contact with shopify support or theme developer

Hi @herpantry

The compare at price will show when you have added the compare at price to the product in the product details. You can find this field in your product details by clicking on the variant you want to adjust the pricing for or in the bulk editor. The compare at price would be a higher price then the sale price of the item, great for noting markdowns or discounts.
