Why isn't the custom text box showing on my customer's order?

Hello!

I have set up my online store using the Narrative theme and have created custom text box for some products so my customers can add names for example to the product. I am having issues where a customer has purchased an art print and they were able to type in their name in the text box on the product page however it did not show up on my order and they said it did not show them on checkout as well? It was quite embarrassing to have to contact the customer to ask what name they wanted on their print :disappointed_face:

Is there anyone able to help and let me know why this is happening?
