Why isn't the discount appearing on pre-ordered bundles?

We have four bumdles, each with three items, the same three items just differnt sizes, or material. 3 show pre order with no discount applied even though we have put it in, and one is correct and had the discount we want shown, all the settings look the same, we cant figure out what we are doing wrong.

Then the discount appears to disappear also now too

Please help

Which bundle app are you using? If you’re using the Shopify Bundles app, you have to report to the Shopify Bundles app team. Other developers are not familiar with this new app.

Which Bundles app are you using to allow-pre-orders? And which pre-orders app? The Bundles App I am using does not allow pre-orders to be set.

We were trying to use the Shopify bundles app, and never got it to work with our Theme which we thought was a shopify one but found out it wasnt, Shopify doesnt support non shopify themes and the designer never replies to several attemepts to contact them regarding it, very frustrating. I hope you find a solution

Yeah super annoying - can’t seem to find a bundles app that integrates with a pre-order app!

From the Shopify Help Center:

Certain features are incompatible with product bundles. Review the following considerations:

  • Bundles aren’t compatible with purchase options, which includes subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy.
  • Bundles aren’t compatible with the Shopify Subscriptions app.
  • Bundles can’t be used with Shopify POS to sell your products in person.

So unfortunately it seems Shopify themselves don’t currently support bundles with pre-order apps. Hopefully this changes in the future.
