Why isn't the discount code field showing at checkout?

I have got an active discount code however there is nowhere to enter it at checkout

Hi,

As per my understanding you are using an app to add a product with other things as a bundle.

This is the possibility.

Try to add a product that have not bundle and check if the discount field is available or not.

I have tried adding a single product that is not part of the bundle however there still is nowhere on the checkout page to enter the code.
