The drop down menu never displayed at all after creating the menu. The menu should drop down for the "Collections’ link on the main menu. Please advise
Quick fix. I downloaded the Dawn theme and was able to grab the original code. The drop down menu still does not display..
Hey there. Have you set up your menus in Shopify under Online Store > Navigation? Here’s the Shopify docs for that.
If you have sub-items nested under the main link items, they should automatically show up in your theme. If you have turned on the Mega Menu setting in your theme, it won’t work unless you have sub-items present in your menus.
Yes, the menu is created and showed fine in General theme 1. Currently not showing at all under either drop down menu or mega menu.
I thought that I had to redo the menus since i published dawn 12.0 but redoing them didn’t work either.

Under “Main menu” you will need to add menu items under each parent to have them show in a dropdown menu or as a mega menu. Click into “Main menu” and you should see whether or not you have sub-items added.

Ok I got. I have to nest them under the main menu item instead of creating a new menu for under the items name like General theme 1. Thanks!
