How do I see the “enter password” field? It’s not showing up on the password page, how can I make it visible for my customers?

So typically, there is some wording in the top right corner of the password page that your customer’s can click that will allow them to enter in the storefront password. Is this wording appearing for you? It would be great if you could provide me with a link to your password page so I can test this out for myself, and see what I see.
