If I export orders to a .csv file I see a column for “Fulfilled at” which shows the date and time the order was marked fulfilled after the shipping label was printed. Why isn’t this data field available to add to your dashboard custom views? It should be easily accessible every time a customer calls to ask, “When did my order ship?”. Instead you need to open the order and then expanding the shipping information. The data is stored it just needs to a column option in the custom view panel.
