Seems likely that issue would be related to Shopify liquid code:

shop.enabled_payment_types

As Klarna is migrating from our previous HPSDK integration to Shopify’s new payments integration (https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/payments/klarna-payments/), please let me know if there is something Klarna can configure be included in shop.enabled_payment_types

(as this issue is affecting other merchants & themes also)
