Is there a work around, we are experiencing issues with Rise Credit no applying and it seems to be related to /cn that shows in the checkout URL.
“the reason why the One-click apply button is not working is because of the /cn/ that is showing on your checkout URL which might reflect some sort of a-b testing by Shopify.”
Is that a region-specific checkout URL? It could be interfering with the way the app is working if the app is expecting the checkout URL in a specific format and it’s getting extra parameters.
If you add a link to the app and to the full checkout URL other folks might be able to assist!
