Why isn't the 'Out of Stock' option appearing in Brooklyn?

Hi Team,
I have product inventory with one quantity.

But even after adding more than available quantity/quantities, the product is not showing out of stock message.

I have the enabled the setting to Stop selling when out of stock option.

Please check.
