Why isn't the password reset function working for my vitamin orders?

Hi! One of our patients reached out to me with the following, “I keep trying to reset my password in order to place a vitamin order however several times an error saying “something went wrong” comes up even when I tried a different browser.”

Sending the manual password reset button lead to this, “Once I click on reset my password, it takes me to the error below.”–

Help?!

I checked your code and everything is correct. And after testing your store it will work fine for the first time, so this message is Shopify security.

And this is managed by Shopify so you can just contact Shopify for support. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact
